  • When you complete a transaction in Blackpurl, it immediately syncs to QuickBooks Online.
  • This happens automatically, in real time. No manual push needed.
  • If you notice a mistake with a closed transaction, no problem—undo it cleanly with Blackpurl’s SmartReverse function. Then correct and re-submit.

Does Blackpurl replace QuickBooks?

No. QuickBooks Online (QBO) remains your accounting platform; Blackpurl handles dealership-specific operations and syncs with QBO.

How far in advance of my desired go-live date should I sign up for my dealership management platform?

Since you can sign up well before your activation starts, many dealers prefer to make arrangements a few months in advance of their launch. Since the activation process takes about 4 weeks, we recommend that you make arrangements at least 5-6 weeks in advance.

How is pricing structured—are there hidden module fees?

Blackpurl is flat-rate by user tier; all Workspaces and the QuickBooks Online integration are included—no surprise module charges.

What is the minimum number of users that I can sign up with?

Can Blackpurl send my inventory to any website?
