How often do new features ship?

How are deposits handled?

Customer deposits post to a liability account and clear automatically when the sale is finalized.

Do you support multi-location operations?

Yes, Blackpurl works with dealership groups. Other store parts and unit lookup is supported.

How does the system track unit cost?

Is there an offline mode?

Because Blackpurl is cloud-native, a live connection is required. For unreliable internet zones, we recommend a cellular hotspot or Starlink for backup.

How much training will our staff need?
