Introduce Yourself! 

Hi, My name is Sara LaRose. I am a Customer Success Manager here at Blackpurl. I am here to make sure that every customer’s journey with us is as smooth and exciting as much as possible. 

 

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, friends, and of course our 3 dogs. Living in the Wine Capital of Canada, I enjoy the wonderful weather and all the area has to offer; hiking, biking, dirt biking, swimming, boating, camping, kayaking, snowboarding, and traveling to new places. We also love to host dinner parties, try new recipes, watch crime shows, and attend live comedy shows.

 

Can you tell us more about what your normal workday looks like? 

A normal day is, well, never normal. But typically it involves meeting with our Blackpurl customers and learning about their businesses and operations. Finding new and innovative ways to solve issues and keeping updated with the changes in tech and the industries we work in is always exciting.  We have great customers and I love to help them figure out different scenarios that have come up – it’s like solving a puzzle – but every puzzle is unique!


What do you like the most about working as Customer Success Manager at Blackpurl?

Getting to help our customers and watch them succeed in their business and lives –  what more could I ask for? The extra bonuses of making new friends, sharing hilarious moments, and learning about people are just the icing on the cake. 

A few times a year, I love getting to meet some of our customers at tradeshows where we can connect in person and get to hear about their success stories and other updates.

Working with Blackpurl has opened up the opportunity to work with an amazing team in a collaborative environment where we can all be innovative and creative. The Blackpurl vibe opens many doors in the way of personal development and creating your ideal work-life balance.

My role is very diverse meaning that no day is the same and this keeps me learning all the time. Not to mention the ability to work from my home and still be an integral part of a global company that aligns with my personal values.
